Hello all, I recently hooked up my BB and im getting errors connecting to it. at the beginning i thought maybe wiring mismatch so i unhooked everything except the USB port flashed and tried to connect. still getting error. Even attempted different ports and reinstalling drivers. no luck.
The only thing you didnt mention out of the troubleshooting steps was trying a different USB cable. Have you? If so, contact the store.
Refer to docs:blackbox:faq-usb-connection-failed [OpenBuilds Documentation] and follow step by step. Reflashing is not one of the Troubleshooting steps
Except, Reread section 6.3.6 - you should contact the Store, not post on the forum. Different entities, different teams. Forum doesn't have access to order history, warranty info, or ability to resolve warranties. You also probably wouldnt want to discuss private details like shipment addresses and order details in a public forum. Best to please contact the Store
I appreciate the help. and i did contact the store. i was just asking if anyone has come by this issue...if its known...if anyone has some workaround....but yea...
Unfortunately no workarounds that arent already encompassed by the docs. If the usual issues listed in the Docs does not help, then it usually relates to an earlier wiring mistake causing permanent damage, or other similar accident at the root of it all. Best to let the Store work with you on this.
Alright...im not gonna bother re-explaining everything. i appreciate the help. no need for the condescending tone. Please compare my issue with the docs then refer me to the docs. the whole point is that my issue doesnt match the docs 100%
