Sorry to hear that, those links worked for me. I'll try to fix the links but ultimately you can find them this way:

MK8 clone All-Metal extruder (search ebay or aliexpress or banggood for MK8 Metal Extruder)
It's the purple one, or you can try gold, or you can just use the extruder it came with.

Tie Plate: Search Home Depot website (or just show up and find the galvanized stud section in the home building area) and look for a tie plate that matches the dimensions (or get an even longer one if you want)

The one I bought was $19.99 and is called

But you only need the one that will fit PTFE PC4/01 connectors, which I believe is the OD 3mm one. You can buy that on Ebay for $3 or less 5pcs 304 Stainless Steel Capillary Tube OD 3mm x 2mm ID Length 250mm | eBay

It's also known as "Capillary Tube" -- make sure not to get the ones with the rubberized interior. O.D. (outer diameter) 3mm tube is 2mm interior width (fits 1.75mm filament)
