Hello I have a problem identifying the machine with cable for the laptop and please help. When I connect the machine cable to the laptop. Windows does not recognize the machine. Dont know much about that board and you should probably contact the manufacturer. However, you might try installing the FTDI drivers: Virtual COM Port Drivers
It could be your drivers, but try using a different USB cable first. If this doesn't work, it could be using the Chinese USB to serial chip CH340 and you'll need the drivers for it. They are pretty common over there and are easy to find. Good Luck!
