Assuming you have the BlackBox there's a few things to check.

1 - Make sure you turned on the power. (sounds obvious, but...) Also make sure you have the power supply set to the correct voltage. docs:blackbox:connect-psu [OpenBuilds Documentation]

2 - Check your grbl settings. Specifically $4. If its set to 0, set it to 1. Make sure you save your changes!

Power is set to 115, power is on, $4 is enabled. Motors are not getting any power can turn them by hand. Tried the power switch on the black box both ways. Neither fans on the power supply and black box are running

Power supply fan will only come on when it reaches a certain temp so no issue there. Have to checked the output voltage of the power supply with a multimeter to verify?

    Is the power LED on?

    e) Power LED:
    • If the Power LED is Green: Power Input OK
    • If the Power is Red: Power connected with incorrect polarity

    Any red fault indicators lit?

    g) Fault Indicators: Indicates a problem with the stepper driver on the relevant axis: The LED indicates
    • Overtemperature Fault: Adjust current down a little, Check Fan
    • Overcurrent Fault: Adjust current down a little
    • Short Circuit Fault: Check Wiring
    • Undervoltage: Check input Voltage
