G-code import is offset and or scaled incorrectly

    Hi all, extreme newbie here. I am having issue when I import G-code into the open builds control from V-Carve the image is offset from where the 0-point should be. I only started having this issue recently and cant figure out what is going on. Any help/insight would be greatly appreciated. I tried to Attached a couple of pics of a simple text example, but having this issue with everything.

    Those pictures are hard to see. But if in vcarve you set your x,y 0 to the bottom left corner of your stock, then it looks correct. Control is only going to make its preview the size of where the tool is going to go. It has no idea how big your stock is.

    It would help to see a bigger screen shot of control preview so we can see the numbers AND to know what your stock size is.

    it is set at bottom left corner, when it comes into open builds control it is offset in x and y by a couple of inches, the letters should be centered in the work piece

    Its never going to show "centered" in control because it has no idea of your stock size. I edited my previous response. Please provide more details and pics.

    told you I was a newb...., I was expecting the grid pattern on the control 3D view to match my stock size. Live and learn, thank you for taking the time to educate.
