I have M6 x 20 threaded inserts epoxied cross grain in Baltic Birch plywood. Tightening these bolts down has me nervous.

I can find some tables on pull out force for the inserts, but none that relate to a torque spec for the bolt in the insert.

Does a table exist that gives a bolts torque spec for its matching insert in wood? For the plywood builder out there what have you used as a guide?
