    Hello all,

I surfaced my spoilboard today on my Lead 1515, but when I started the job it did not start exactly from the zero position. I lost a total of almost 2" on the X axis and 1.5" on the Y axis. I measured it and my X axis working area measures 46" and my Y axis 51". I use 48" x 48" material and I am afraid this will cause problems.

Should I just grind down the sides by hand or is there a way to start the job exactly at the 0 position using the Surfacing Wizard? I attached my Surfacing settings, but during the job I noticed both the X & Y axis never reached those values. (X 1175mm & Y 1300mm).

    Thank you

Yeah it does a pocketing operation. Meaning it will offset the radius of the bit. That caught me once. Now, after I run the wizard, I jog to cut the excess.
