is there such thing as a rotating, double XYZ machine?

    picture a fishing lure in stock.
    stock mounted on tail
    i need the top (face of lure, red area) machined (first/top plane XYZ)

    then the entire stock/bed rotates and the side (side of lure) get machined (second/side plane XYZ)

    I think your easiest solution would be to use bait instead of artificial lures. ;)
