I am about 7 days old in the CNC world. I am planning to build the 1515 Lead CNC. I have a few questions:
      1. Will the structure support and operate correctly with a 2.2kw water cooled spindle?

      2. If not how detailed can a router be?

      3. I will not need a speed machine but I do want an accurate and precise machine.

      Any help would be nice.

      Thanks
      Mark Fletcher.

Hi, if your steppers are still missing steps its because the adjustment on the drivers is too high. You need to set it using a reference voltage. Do a web searc, or I'll find the procedure for you. When set too high steppers begin to miss steps. If this doesn't help sorry to bother you, but it was my first thought on reading about your troubles.

      Sorry to be bothering you,
But I have a problem with my cnc that I can not solve,
Works fine when I work with Gcode sender manually on the various axes, however, when I submit a G code project, the x, y, and y advances are uncontrollable

what is your $100, $101, $102 value, or your steps per mm, they seem off to me at first glance
