LEAD 1010 PLASMA Add-On Specs:
Dimensions

• Max Travel on Z axis (Up and Down) - 80mm (3”)
• Max Travel on Y axis (Front to Back) - 830mm (32 ½”)
• Max Travel on X axis (Side to Side) – 740mm (29”)
• Material Thickness – Has clearance for materials up to 25.4mm (1”) thick*

* NOTE: The actual material thickness penetration may vary depending on the plasma cutter used, with most cutters capable of cutting approximately up to 3/4" thick material.

Virtually any metal can be plasma cut including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, etc. Any thickness from 30 gauge through 13/16" can be cut, depending on the power of the plasma cutter being used.

OpenBuilds CONTROL - [LINK]

1. For creating 2D drawings, we use Free Inkscape or any vector based program, even a 2D CAD program will work if it can export SVGs or DXFs.
2. the Free and Awesome OpenBuilds CAM
   (CAM Works up the cut lines and makes the G-code for the parts)
3. For controlling the machine, we use OpenBuilds CONTROL Software
   (CONTROL Reads the G-code created in CAM and moves the machine to make the part or art)

We include all the necessary Parts to convert your LEAD CNC 1010 to be capable of plasma cutting.

• Lift kit – Lifts the machine from the frame 60mm (2 ¼ “)

• Floating Z Head - Floating Z axis torch holder

• Torch probe - Material start height surface probe.
  .
• Universal Torch Holder – Hold and swap out bent and straight torches between 30 and 40mm (1 1/8th – 1 ½”) in diameter.

• Slat Holders – Mountable galvanized slat holders hold up to 15 table slats.
  .
• Table Slats – 15 reversible 16 GA table slats.
  .
• Hard Stops – Slot mountable rubber hard stops for all axes.
