    Hi all

I have a problem with my z-Axis. If i home the z-axis, „on home“ state the z-Axis should backoff until the switch releases and then stop. But it doesn‘t. The z-axis homes, then starts to back-off but stopps around 1/6 revolution later. After this the machine runs into the Limit+ error. My installation is:

    • Limit+ and homing are sharing the same mechanical switch
    • BOB is a Pokeys57CNC
    • All cables are shielded and earthed
    • the failure is repeatable and occurs everytime only at this switch
    • All other switches working correctly
What I tried already without success
    • Bypass the Z-Switch cable with a new one away from of other cables
    • Changing the Switch
    • Setting a high filtering
    • setting different „on home“ and „out home“ events in Pokeys pulse engine
The only way to solve the problem is to set a manual Back-off distance in Pokeys but i would like to know whats wrong. Does anyone have an idea?

    Thanks!
