I upgraded my open builds to use a lead screw drive train, using the black box. When I change directions using the jog, one of the motors drives in the wrong direction for two clicks and then syncs up and works until I reverse direction again. I would appreciate any help or ideas that anyone has.

Sounds very typical of loose grub screws on the motor coupling. As it swings around over the D-Shape of the shaft during direction changes.
Check (and add some non-permanent locktite) the grub screws

Thanks Peter. However, the screw was turning the wrong direction. It turns out that one of the coil wires had come loose. The collars were properly secured. Thanks again for your help.
