I just ordered the XYZ Touchplate and curious if a probe technique exists. In addition to getting zero point probe is there a method to record the offset that the part may be misaligned by in comparison to the machine's X-Y axis?

In other words, if we probed the Touchplate further, to get its angular orientation then we know the part orientation and can verify we are square to the machine axis before starting a job. Thanks!

you can do that with the bCNC controller GUI, it is a bit of an advanced function though, I recommend just machining a fence in place that you can use to align the part.
