XYZ Probe circuit board does not fit into touchplate

    Just assembling the Openbuilds XYZ probe, and have fallen at the first hurdle. The L-shaped circuit board does not fit.     Contact the parts store - Contact Us : SUPPORT (openbuilds.com) They're the only ones who can solve this. Interesting to note though. Looks like a whole mess of boards may be going back...

    Thanks for the pics @Glazedbass it looks to me like that puck may be milled out of spec.
    As Rick mentioned the Part Store Team will take good care of you.

    Thanks. Glad to know I wasn't missing an obvious step. Support ticket generated. This XYZ probe was from the batch that the store was giving away with the Lead 1515 kit over Christmas.

    New probe arrived; circuit board fits perfectly into the puck!
