Xtreme Mini V Wheel™ Kit

    I just got several sets of Xtreme Mini V Wheel™ Kit and when I tighten the assembly on a plate they do not turn freely. If I loosen the torque, then they turn but with uneven movement, if I loosen further the bolt is almost loose.
    Is this an indication of defective bearings?
    Has anyone had the same problem?

    Did you put the washer in middle of the wheels between the two sets of bearings?

    That was problem, had not seen exploded view.
