    Hi folks,

Anyone on here considered buying the workbee, but ended up building their own ?

How much did you save ?

Or is the best option to buy the 'basic' mechanical kit, and modify it to suite your needs.

It is probably best to mentally buy the kit, and by studying the list of components, adapt the parts as you feel you need to, and then when you have it pretty clear in your mind, go for it.

    Thanks GrayUK,

I've gone through that 'Mental' stage already mate !

Credit card at the ready ....................... just checking stuff out first though. Thought it would be a good idea to ask people in the know ;)

As you've already read my other thread and ramblings, you'll know what I'm up against.
I am quite a persistent sort of guy, so I'll make it work one way or another !
