PC electronics should not exceed 90C. With proper built in fail safes, they even begin throttling themselves. Above 100C begins to get into the range of irreversible damage. That's also boiling temperature. This isn't a PC, but they share the same components. If you can't indefinitely touch it, it's too hot. If it makes you feel uncomfortable, them it's too hot.
