I searched around and could not find a definitive answer...

What size wire do people use for their builds to connect the motors? The charts say that 18ga will carry 5+ amps at 10 feet, my motors are 2.8a...was thinking about some 18-4 cable to make it look neat...any special requirements for the cable? I assume that the motor signal are pretty high frequency?!? ANy bleed problems with a 4 wire cable?

    Thanks

I'm using 18-4. Its really heavy. It's as thick as my spindle cable and the jacket is tough. I think I would go 20ga. next time around.
