Hello guys I'm in need of some help..

I've got a piece of v slot 2040 that i'd like to run a gantry plate on the 40mm side so the plate is running underneath and above the v slot gripping into the widest (40mm) groove. I'm going to laser cut my own plate out of acrylic. My question is if i use mini v slot wheels, what is the distance between the normal and the eccentric spacer holes. ive got three gantry plates an non of them offer that configuration using the mini wheels.

    cheers

Generally section width +12.0mm works with the mini-V wheels so in this case the dimension you seek would be 52.0mm center to center. That being said, it's always a good idea to make a test cut and verify the dimensions prior to final cuts as there can be minor variations between lots of V-slot.
