What cutter bits do i get for my C-Beam (new build)

    I have almost finished building my C-Beam, with just a few electrical bits to do on it. But the question i have is what cutter bits am i best off getting to get me started?

    The C-Beam is fitted with a Dewalt D26200 and the spec is:

    Power Input - 900 Watts
    Power Output - 620 Watt
    No Load Speed 16000-27000 rpm
    Collet Size 6-8 mm
    Max. Cutter Diameter 36 mm

    I would intend to be cutting everything from MDF to hard wood ply and alloy plate I just need a few bits to get me going and need to know the best place to get them from i'm in the UK.

    6mm shank, end mills are cheap and plentiful (0.5 - 6mm) if you want finer bits you have to drop down to 1/8 (3.175mm) collet endmills, engraving bits and v bits go right down to 0.02 mm

    ebay is your best bet unless you have the money to throw at top end endmills what go way over £100 each
