What battery should I use to power 4 Nema23 stepper motors for RC-Car like build?

    Hey everyone,

    Trying to make an RC-Car like build with 4 Nema 23 stepper motors (NEMA 23 Stepper Motor). Trying to figure out how to power it properly. Would a 12V battery be able to power them all, or is there a specific battery that is required to make this work?

    Steppers need stepper drivers so it would depend on what driver you have, higher voltage will get you more speed, and 24v is typical for nema23.
