Mark, You must be putting in some awful hours with people home on lock-down considering you posted your comment at 4AM. I'm guessing we have members who are also stuck staying at home and think it's a great time to build something, and keeping you guys busy....

Thank and you for the kind words Keith I am not going to down play it it's been a battle for sure, but though all this we have discovered what we have known all along the OpenBuilds Teams spirit is strong! The state of NJ has everyone on lock-down for another month, but because OpenBuilds is working with government labs and ppe makers around the world we are open and working to fulfill the orders. The Team here is working really hard and we are rounding the corner to getting ahead of it all.
We are so thankful to everyone for the out pouring of support, helping us though this.

    Hello, Mr Davis.

You did amazing job with new version of Vulcan (Pro2). I see you use upgraded version of Extrd. Is there anyway you can provide STL files for it?
    Thank you very much!

Build progress: 50%. Should be fully completed in the end of the May.

    Hello, Mr. Davis.

This is me again with pictures and questions :)

Here is where I’m so far, still missing 40x40 v rails, 6mm spacers, few types of screws, o rings etc.

Anyway, my main questions about z x junction (since it’s added to new Vulcan edition) and z height adjustment.

    z-x junction:
#1 There is some space for some insert, I guest it requires some extra support. Can you please specify for me?

#2 nut blocks. Do I just press them inside the junction?

#3 Z height adjustment part. Where can I get those little adjusting pieces? Are they 3D printed?

also on VK2.skp file I found Z height structure supports, didn’t find any STL for them.

    Thank you in advanced!!

Denis - thanks for the pics and questions.
#1 an OB slide nut goes into that cavity. We don't want the wheel axle screw to bolt to the slot in the X rail as the X rail may need adjustment after the wheels are already set.
#2 An 8mm nylon threaded nut goes in the cavity first, then the nut block is a spacer above the nylon nut, held down by the Z-X junction retainer.https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009EFSOSW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
#3 I missed SLT for those parts. The 3mm hole in the Z-X junction for that adjustment screw needs to be threaded 3mm.

I just got home Monday from 2 months in stroke rehab. Still wheelchair bound, I'll see if I can get that STL file added yet today.

    Thanks again Denis:)

    The http://3dwrx.com/bundles/printed/files/stls/VPRO-2-STLS.zip
now contains stls for loom-brackets and another for z-adjusters

There was 3 business types in rehab who went home this Monday. We made a date to sit on Lius' deck overlooking the river in August, smoking cigars and sipping whiskey and laughing about how we all cheated on the wheelchair races at rehab.:p. The 3 of us have more than survived worse..

The first thing they did in rehab was a 'cognitive evaluation'. The therapist said,"You scored better than most of the staff has done,,, so let's move on..."
But the mind can burn up more energy than the rest of the body combined and I'm going to be burning as much as I can doing physical therapy this summer.. A friend said, "I'm going to send you a link tot his article, you"ll like it. It's about a 2 hour read" I said, "don't send it. I don't have 2 hours to spend on someone else's thoughts unless it contributes to getting my left hand out of my lap".

Ever try to kill a fly from a wheelchair? I gave up. Now I just name them and make house pets out of them.
