Velocity response of NEMA 23

Fellow Openbuilders,

I was wondering if someone could help with a technical
query.

Can NEMA 23 stepper motor respond to a time operation of
1/100 seconds.
For example if I have an aleatory signal with +/- sign
in the y axis and time in the x axis(with dt=0.01 s)
could this NEMA 23 motor respond to this delta t?.
This is, to go from left to right as quick as 1/100 of a second and
not showing any tardiness?.
