    Hello builders;
    I’d like to build a X-Y-platform with 2 separated opportunities of moving at the X-axes.
    My Idea is to use the standard MiniV Modular Actuator System.
    Please look at my sketch.
    Is there a way to let the belt run beneath the surface of the alu profile? If I run the motor the right plate should move and the left not. I thought a small kind of plastic holder under the plate could be a solution.
    At the alu profile vice versa the left should move and the right not.
    If you got any idea I would be grateful to get it to know.
    Best regards M.Hoffmann

    Due to how tiny the slot is you will have significant difficulty getting anything else in there beyond the belt itself. Best suggestion would be to clamp the inboard end of the belt on the outboard side and add some double sided foam tape to maintain the gap below the plate (if necessary).

    It looks a bit clunky but it rides very well. You'll probably want to trim it up a bit better. (This was just a quick knock-up.) Trimming down a couple teeth in the bottom belt may also help the clamps grip better.

    @Rick 2.0 Thanks for that quick reply. You've helped me a lot. Because I haven't the components yet so i am not able to try it by my selfe.
