Sudden problems with GRBL Panel

Have been using GRBL Panel for a year and have had no real problems. Suddenly when I use the overrides when printing, the Feed + and - control both the feed speed and POWER. Have removed software and downloaded fresh copies. Same problem. Completely reloaded Win10 with factory install. Downloaded GRBL Panel again. Same problem.
HP Laptop with no mods.
Win10 1803
Genuine Uno w/ GRBL 1.1f
Chinese CNC Shield with TI DRV8825 drivers
JTech Laser unit on OpenBuilds Acro Frame

Any ideas or suggestions appreciated.

Just downloaded UGCS Platform and it does the same thing. Must have hardware problems.
