I am looking for a 90 degree V bit with a 1/4" Shank and 1/2" depth of cut. I can find ones with 7/16" depth of cut but not 1/2". I will be using this to make miter cuts as part of making decorative boxes on my CNC. Anyone know of a source? Thanks, FK

I've set the maximum depth of cut to 6mm in my tool database for a 12mm dia v bit and can achieve deeper forms with multiple depth cuts; pull the tool out of the collet just sufficient to prevent collisions - Geoff eg the deepest part of this is 17mm, cut with a 12mm dia Here's V Grooving Carbide Tipped TCT Router Bits Every Size & Angle 6mm Shank. V-Groove | eBay a 6mm shank but on my c-beam machine I wouldn; cut that deep in a single cut.
