who makes an eazy to learn cad software that is also not to high in price
"eazy to learn" depends some on how you like to learn, and what you want to learn (and how you use the learning materials). If you are good at following tutorials, then SketchUp Make and Fusion 360 are two good choices. I think many people would say that SketchUp is easier. However, I found that Fusion 360 was "easier" for me (I find it easier to be precise with F360 than with SU - and precision is important to me). Both of these have TONS of good tutorials available, and both are FREE for hobby use.
I like Fusion 360 better, as well. It is easier to make complex parts in my opinion. Pretty much any question I have had I just typed into the google search bar and easily found the answer - usually in the form of a video tutorial.
