shorted driver A4988 shield v3

    i'm not sure what happened but i think i shorted one of my stepper drivers, I was testing the motors and a usb cable fell on top of some pins and the motor stopped turning
    tried powering everything down etc but my motors no longer want to turn,
    arduino does power on and there's power going to the cnc board.
    do i get a new CNC board with new drivers? or can it be fixed by replacing some parts?
