Hello all people on the forum

my name is gijs i am from holland and i,m new here

I,m having some trouble with my new build cbeam with blackbox motion controller.
when i put on power for the first time the y-axes gives a red led light on the blackbox and there is also no movement of the steppermotor when u press the y-axes on the controlpanel.
al of the other axes z and x are working fine from the beginning and can be turnt from the controlpanel.
i read the troubleshouting about falt wiring or to much or to low current i dubble checkt the wiring cables they are ok .
i checkt the steppenmotors and they are al working fine to .

can anyone please tell me howe i can turn the red led on the blackbox for the y-axes out and the y-axes motor turning?

Did you power cycle after adjusting the current down, faults stay set until you power cycle to avoid damage

    1) Turn power off
    2) Wait a couple seconds
    3) Turn power on

Very rarely these days as that particular old defect has been addressed in QA
But speak to your vendor where you bought from about an RMA, should sort it out if it is the board. You already validated wiring and current setting, so could be damaged board
