I load a simple .svg, select it, create a new operation, Configure Toolpath for Plasma: Vector (no path offset) (safe height 3mm, feedrate 300, kerf 1.2, pierce height 0, pierce delay 2, cut height 0, lead in 0, Touch-Off No) and Apply and Preview Toolpath.
All looks good (vectors in red on screen)

    Generate G-Code, I get

    ; GCODE Generated by cam.openbuilds.com on 2022-02-06
    G21 ; mm-mode
    G21; mm-mode

; Operation 0: Plasma: Vector (no path offset)
    ; Plasma Kerf: 1.2
    ; retracting back to z-safe
    G0 Z3

    M5

No code to actually cut anything.
    What am I doing wrong?

Here is the .svg - just a simple box. (box.svg attached)

Try piercing at a non-zero height? If its not that, please provide a workspace export (OBC)

Piercing at 1mmm did not fix. Export attached.

Has me completely bamboozled. I've been using a non plasma selection and then manually fixing the gcode, but I'd like to go direct (I have a bunch of users at our makerspace who want to use the plasma table but don't have the gcode knowledge to manually adjust the code).
Thanks for any help you can provide. Much appreciated.

Hold up - changed the cut height to 1mm and I get code.
I will proceed from here - thanks for the hint about the 0 pierce height.
