A 750mm x 1000mm Core XY Laser Etcher/Cutter. To cut down on cost I tried to have as many parts as possible be printed.

    could this be done with 2020 extrusions and solid V-wheels perhaps?

    You could but there could be some twisting when the coreXY is making rapid movements.
    Also I wanted to stiff frame because I am designing a drag knife for it and maybe some other attachment options.
