    Hey guys,
I designed some 3D printable belt tensioners. They utilize the original holes for the extrusion and give you much more control over belt tension. I have tested these with both ABS and PLA and both seem to be robust.

If you don't have a 3D printer I will be printing sets of 3 for $35 shipped on eBay. Or you can message me if you are interested.

I have also posted the design on thingiverse.
