So I had to replace the hard drive in my CNC Computer. Re-installed Mach3. Put it in EPP mode, configured port and pins, reversed and cloned the A drive. Checked and rechecked all my settings. Everything should be set for motor movement. I have a green light on my G540. I double checked my cable with a meter. The DROs shows movement but the motors don't move. What am I forgetting or doing wrong?

your step and direction pins are probably reversed
there are 2 common pin layouts, one with
'step dir step dir' ordering and the other with
    'dir step dir step'

it pays to make backups of setup files!
and make notes on what goes where and why (-:
