The mechanical parts of the machine, for me those are the easy parts, my 3d printer I got that to work with out issues, am now building a router machine, the machine parts are easy, just bigger different set up than the printer.

I have a computer for the router machine, its running LinuxCNC.. how do i go from a dxf file. to a gcode file my that can be used to make my widgets :(

    Hi Tham,

There are many stand alone software's (such as DXF2Gcode) which you could use but most CAD / CAM software's (such as Aspire) include Post Processors which do the job in one.

    Hope this helps.

    Tweakie.
