Hi, I am looking to get a life sized mannequin machined from foam.

The mannequin is in a dynamic pose and derived from a 3D scan. I can provide an STL, OBJ (or whatever file format is needed). I can also help chop up the part and do some file prepping if needed.

The project would be similar to this:

Felix Baumgartner 3D Scanned & CNC Machined Full Body & Mannequin Display

    Any ideas?

I'm not aware of anyone here building a CNC machine substantial enough to handle such a task. There are several though who have built 3D printers large enough to do prints in about 2' sections. Another thought would be 3D printing a mold in sections to where you could then cast one (or actually as many as you want) in foam.
