metric to inch in GRBL

    Im new to cnc. Building a small cnc and will use Grbl. My lead screw is metric 8mm but all my G codes are inch. how does this effect and how do I adapt to inch. Thanks, Les

    @Peter Van Der Walt has already answered this in your other post - your cam software and grbl take care of that. You can design in inches or metric, your cam software will include code to tell grbl what units have been used and grbl will move your machine the correct distances.
