I wired my limit switches as per the instructions here (so I can have a limit switch at the min and max point of the axis)
    docs:blackbox:connect-xtension-limit [OpenBuilds Documentation]

And they do not work - however if I disconnect one limit switch then the other one will work. I'm sure I'm doing something incredibly simple wrong, but I can't find out what the problem is - has this happened to anyone else before?

Post detailed pics of your wiring and we'd be happy to check it for you

both switches must be wired to the 'NO' Normally Open contacts.
use the OBControl diagnostics to check switch status, each switch by itself, and then pairs wired together.
