    Hello fellow open builders,

I am having an issue with my OX Router and getting it to run with UGS.

This system was working fine around 2 months ago when I used it last.

I stopped using it due to work and an issue I was having with the X axis causing oval holes and it needing an upgrade. Now that I have done the upgrade which was just adding a second belt to the X axis so nothing to do with the board or changes to the controller board. I am now having an issue with UGS connecting to the machine.

I have changed cables and done fresh installs of UGS on a second laptop reset the controller using the hard reset button and reset the GRBL settings using $RST=* to make sure that there wasn't a setting that has been corrupt but for the life of me I cannot figure what the issue is.

It does seem to be sending signals to the machine but not executing them correctly.

This is what I get when I first connect to the machine.

Ignoring that the GRBL settings are incorrect as I have reset them back to what they should be to the installation manual, its the passer state that I believe is causing the issue. And I cannot seem to find anything on it. I am hoping somebody has an idea I haven't tried yet to get me back up and running.

I have also gone through the process of resetting he $N state as well and that seems to set and recall fine but as soon as a I do a $G I get the passer state above.

    Thanks in advance

    Sean
