No, USB takes preference. Unplug USB to switch to Interface as described on the Connecting Interface to BlackBox page of docs.openbuilds.com/interface With what exactly? Normally: Option 1: plug BlackBox into PC, run OpenBuilds-CONTROL, connect, Grbl Settings Tab, select profile or scroll down and enter parameters if its a custom machine, Save and Done Option 2: Interface > Tools and Utils > Load or Edit Grbl Profile > Done
