Just a simple question, for those who know the answer. :)
If I have a plate, 10mm thick and no countersinks, and I want to attach it with bolts to some VSlot Rail, into 5mm T Nuts, how long would the ideal bolt be?
    Thanks

    15mm.

The slots allow a maximum of 6mm extension below the surface of the V-slot and the nuts require a minimum of 4mm below the surface of the V-slot to get sufficient grip. (This can be dropped to 3mm though if you invert the tee nut.)
