I have never used this system before. About 3 years ago I set up a login. My user ID was Terr. I believe I managed to reset the password so this is likely how I am currently logged in. But I did try the support section and was unable to log in via email. Bad password so its probably left over from 2021. I don't know how to reset. What I need to accomplish: I bought some SBR16UU rails. These are bare. I need to add lead screws: T8*8 How? First I need to buy them
Support section doesn't have logins (only for agents). Customers log a New Ticket and wait for reply via Email Store support wouldn't assist with 3rd party components anyway, post that kind of questions here on the community forum. Store support is for customer queries (order, shipping, warranty, etc) and the forum is for design ideas, 3rd party parts, general chat etc
