Got the ACRO, but realized I need a Z axis movement too

    I got the ACRO 20 X 40 kit, but I think it is only capable of x and y movement. Due to changing need, I realized I need a small Z axis movement too. The range is only around 25 mm for Z movement.

    Is this possible to modify?

    Depends on what you are trying to move in the Z axis - what weight are you trying to shift?

    Around 20 grams, not much.

    I wonder if there are easy modifications to allow for a z movement.

    A search in the search box with the terms "acro z" will lead to a number of variations. Z-Axis for Laser Diode is one of the better ones that pops up.
