Fusion Post Processor - Spindle Delay

    I noticed that when the post processor for Fusion 360 outputs multiple files for different tools, the spindle speed up delay is missing on all but the first file. Assuming I remember, its not too hard to put in the G4 command. Just checking to see if it was something that was in process or known.

    I believe I have fixed it, download the zip from OpenBuilds/OpenBuilds-Fusion360-Postprocessor and test it please, once you confirm all is ok I will do a new release

    Looking at the g-code, this appears to have fixed the issue. I have not run any of the files to confirm there are no new issues.
