Are the files available to cut the nema 23 plates, with the lead screw hole?

They have been out if stock every time I've checked the parts store. I made a wooden mount several months ago, but because if it's bulk, it limits the height my Z can travel.

Also, which GT belts are best for my 4' X axis? I see GT2, and GT3, ( gt2 with 3 mm pitch?). I think I read that a 3 mm pitch belt is better for nema 23, under heavier load.

I've got a lead screw on X now, again it limits my travel and depth of the bed, and is wobbly, due to the bed being 2' wide, (4' long)

I'm planning to use 2 nema 23s on side rails with the belt riding in the top groove of the 20x80.
