Feeds, Speeds, End Mills and Spindles

I am assuming a C-Beam with the Makita RT0701C as a first build and then working my way up to a Sphinx.
I'm mostly looking to prototype aluminum plates and small enclosures.


While I am saving up to order the mechanicals and then the electrics where do I go to read up on how to calculate feeds and speeds for the various different end mill / flutes counts and aluminum hardnesses etc.
