    Hello @Jesse Gordon
You have some great ideas on the way your mounting the wheels to your system.
Keep up the great work and thank you for sharing

I tried making a screw type extruder but I think it needs some modifications before it works right.

Anyway, I got motors mounted for X and Z, and also X and Z cable drag chains installed and the Y drag chain sized and planned.

I also have 250 feet of stranded cat 5 which I intend to try to use for encoder signals using RS422 twisted pair and I might even try running the motors on the remaining pair. ha ha. I'll draw fire from the readers for running a motor on a long 24awg wire if I don't draw fire from my wiring harness, but they are 24 or 48v motors so they will have reduced current.. I hope..

Sorry about the quality of the photo - lighting and background make for an awful picture but it was quick and I was in a hurry!

I'm still alive! Life's been crazy, but I'm working toward freeing up some time, Lord willing this year, to work on this again!

Hey I'm still here! And believe it or not, this project is still sitting on my kitchen table... Have not forgot about it, or you guys! Life just has its way of taking you for a ride!

Anyway, I got an email that I have an unpublished build. This confuses me, I seem to have a published one that has lots of pictures and an unpublished one that doesn't show the pictures. I have no recollection why I'd have two builds on the same project, one published and one unpublished. Should I just delete the shorter unpublished one?

    Thanks!

    Jesse

Yes Jesse, may as well clean up the old one and make room for new builds! Thank you.
