I have SainSmart Coreception 3D printer that has a box-like frame and CoreXY motion system with two Z-Axis motors. It has Makerbase Robin Nano 1.2 board that committed suicide. Is it possible for me to use a Duet 2 controller on the printer? I think that Alex Chambers can help me.

Well I'm happy to try, but I use a Duet 2 on my workbee, haven't got one on a 3d printer. The Duet and the Rep-Rap firmware it uses was originally developed for 3d printing, it has two connection points for Z steppers already. If I was in your position the Duet would be my favorite choice (there are probably cheaper alternatives though).

How easy it is to configure Duet 2 for your CNC machine?

Ooznest had done 99.9% of the work so very easy. The Rep-Rap firmware is a bit confusing to anyone used to grbl though.
