Hello all, I’ve got the black box running on my workbee 1010 as well as an Ortur Laser running on the same computer.

COM4 is CNC and COM3 is laser..

running a job on the CNC yesterday and it stopped and disconnected.. can’t get it to connect again as COM3 is the only option showing up.. I tried taking the wire that is connecting the laser to the computer with no issues and it didn’t work either for CNC.

Here is the error I am getting, ANY INSIGHT? Ran just fine all week until yesterday.
    Thanks.

Access Denied means something on that PC is holding on to the serial port. Did you recently install any other CNC or serial software? - if so uninstall it.
Try after a reboot as well, sometimes applications forget to "close" a port when its done with it, and then Windows denies other applications from accessing the port because it thinks the other application is still accessing the port.

It has been a month or 2 since downloading lightburn..

I moved the USB to my laptop where I have used it in the past and it does the same thing!
