Has anyone had issues with Delrin V wheels compressing? My eccentric nuts can no longer provide a snug fit on my Open Rails, so I'm wondering if they've been compressed. I've put a couple hundred hours on the wheels.

They can develop flat spots from overly tight eccentrics, possibly also wear/compression over time. A long term consumable so to speak.

But, i would first suggest checking that the fixed side (aluminum spacer side) didnt move outward.

Loosen, press wheel sideways, retighten. There is a bit of play in the holes and with the fixed side all the way over to the far side, leaves less space for the eccentrics from the other side
