Working on v3 of the Cheap Plywood 3040 CNC Router.

This version is a step forward and a step back from version 1 and 2.

It uses 1 inch stainless pipe for the guides.

Files have been massaged and set to run on a 6040 Router or laser.

NEMA23 and NEMA17 motors are accommodated with mounting holes for both size motor.

It works best with ballscrew, although if you use thread rod, use something in the m12 size. M8 was originally specified and it had a lot of whipping. You will have to turn down the ends on a lathe for the motor coupler.

V4 will be for laser cut steel and cnc bent parts.
